The Department of Mechanical Engineering and GITM Innovation cell in association with Predulive Edutech Foundation organized a Session on “Problem Solving & Ideation Workshop on Frontier Technologies in Drone Sector” for the students of Mechanical Engineering (Degree & Diploma) at Goel Campus on 24th & 25th November 2021. The students were practically trained with all the concepts used for the fabrication and fly of Aircraft/ Drones by Er. Shivanshu Dwivedi (CEO & Founder, Predulive Edutech Foundation), Karan Kumar Shukla (Technical Manager), Akshay Kawale (Technical Head), Rushikesh Choudhari (UAV/Drone development officer), Vaibhav Pandey (Drone/UAVs Developer), Sanket Asutkar (Drone/UAV’s Developer).
Akshay Kawale started the session with a demonstration of all design aspects and the latest technologies involved in the fabrication of Aircraft/ Drones. Later, the students fabricated the Aircraft/ Drones based on their own ideas and application. The fabrication of Aircraft/ Drones was looked out by Rushikesh Choudhari and Sanket Asutkar. After fabrication, the students were trained on the simulator and learned the concepts used to fly any Aircraft/ Drones. After training the students were able to fly their Aircraft/ Drones. After successful completion of the program, students were honoured in two categories. The first category was given to the students who firstly completed their Aircraft/ Drones. The second category was a
warded to the best flying team. To encourage the students a participation certificate was given to all participants
