It is a great pleasure and pride moment to me to welcome you all to Diploma Engineering in GITM run by RCRL Trust since, 2013 having a long-standing reputation in providing professional and technical education with scientific insight and social commitment. Our aim is to provide industry or job-oriented engineering knowledge, scientific skills focussing on practical and skills-oriented training to our students.

We have three branches Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and a team of highly qualified faculties, hard-working staff members, well-equipped laboratories and visionary management and thus we can inspire and empower our students to become a technocrat in real sense by delivering theoretical knowledge with practical experience.

For diploma the evolution of it, as the past seven years has witnessed strong blend of state-of-the-art infrastructure and intricately intertwined human resource committed to provide professional education with thrust on innovation, scientific technical skills with problem solving techniques. And I feel proud to be a part of Goel Group of Institutions having glorious past twelve years of academics, sports and other cultural events under one roof which has carved a niche for itself among the best diploma institutes affiliated to B.T.E, Lucknow (UP). Since the inception, the aim has been to produce high quality technocrats in collaboration with ethical values, aesthetic taste to become an Indian in true sense. Since the day I took charge to perform my duties as a Proctor of Goel Group of Institutions also Vice-Principal (Diploma), my aim has been very clear to maintain law & order situation in the premises to build conducive atmosphere for students, faculty, staff members so that everybody can take this opportunity to learn and grow and make the most of it ultimately leading into a fabulous carrier for all.

Civil Engineering

Civil Engineering deals with the study and design, construction and maintenance of the physical and naturally built environment, including works like roads, highways, bridges,  tunnels, canals, dams, railway tracks, airports, a system for water supply, housing in urban & rural sectors, multi-storey buildings, sky-scrapers, set up of all types of small and large industries testing of the quality of soil, air and water, land surveying, manufacturing of hydropower plants, thermal power plants and many more.

Electrical Engineering
Diploma

Electrical Engineering deals with the study and application of different concepts of electrical, electronics and in the computer field (software and computer hardware both),  manufacturing and handling electrical equipments (cable, gen-sets, dynamos, electric motor, induction coils, condensers, resistance etc) power systems etc, distribution of electricity to different power stations leading to supply to the whole society, manufacturing types of equipment for solar energy, wind energy, hydro-electric & thermal energy. 

Mechanical Engineering

Mechanical Engineering deals with the study & concepts of thermodynamics, fluids, mechanics and structural analysis along with designing (state-of-the-art motor vehicles), manufacturing units (railways, aircraft & industrial machinery), and maintenance & testing of machines through current techniques, skills with modern engineering tools. With the rise of modern technology, mechanical engineering has witnessed new domains such as robotics, mechatronics (a highly perused domain) nanotechnology, computer-aided design with geo-mechanics etc.
