The understudies are saved from the trouble of driving to the school by open vehicle. The vehicle office is likewise a huge supporter of teaching a component of timeliness among the understudies. Transport Facility is likewise accessible for understudies and employees for mechanical visits, field trips, and other scholarly exercises.
Deluxe buses are available for students to provide them with a better and comfortable conveyance facility from each corner of the city. AC buses are also available for the Staff and Faculty.
Central Library
Library is back bone of an educational institution. The library is a place to visualize future generating ideas and disseminate vast knowledge available in this world. The role of a library in any academic institution is like that of brain in the human body. The library at Goel Campus is more like Integrated Knowledge Resource Centers that are stocked with more than 35000 books in total; periodicals, references, national and international journals, covering all aspects of academic studies and research materials. For the convenient working our central library has ultra modern software which helps to maintain proper records & documentation. The library is also has “E-Library” Section which have the facility of e-books and e-journals. The book bank facility provides reference and basic knowledge of text book to the students of Group. Having laced with contemporary technology and centralized air-conditioned hall gives suitable atmosphere to our students for their sound study.
Computer Lab
To comply with the state of the-art infrastructure Goel Institute of technology and Management has made available over 500 personal computers equipped with the latest soft ware’s and connected to the latest accessories and services and other gadgets. The Labs are equipped with latest soft ware’s which include different Language Compilers, Operating Systems, Visual Studios, and packages for academics and administrative Purposes. The Labs are fully air conditioned with Wi-Fi internet facility having bandwidth more than 40Mbps. The Higher bandwidth facilitates students for the webinars/NPTEL Courses and time to time Prime Minister Address to students about various issues. Goel Institute of technology & Management are equipped with high-end servers and workstations. All the resources at College are upgraded frequently to ensure that students are finely tuned to current trends in the World of technical advancements. Every student gets at least 15 hours time per week for hands-on computing experience as part of a guided learning session under the supervision of an expert faculty member.
Seminar Hall
At GITM, we bridge the gap between academic learning and the professional world through our two beautifully designed seminar halls—Mini Audi 1 and Mini Audi 2 of capacity 130. These fully air-conditioned spaces are more than just meeting rooms; they are vibrant hubs where our young generation gets its first real glimpse of a corporate environment. Both halls are equipped with the latest audio-visual technology, including high-definition multimedia LCDs, professional PA systems, and seamless Wi-Fi connectivity. Whether it is for high-stakes student presentations, guest lectures from industry experts, or creative rehearsals for campus events, our Mini Auditoriums provide a sophisticated yet welcoming atmosphere. With ergonomic modern furniture and a focus on interactive learning, these spaces ensure that every seminar and workshop at GITM is a step toward a successful professional future.
Language Laboratory
In today’s competitive age it becomes almost mandatory for all students to be perfect at communication. The institute helps the students to achieve the same and has set up a lab especially designed to improve the communication skills at individual level. Practical, interactive, easy to learn manner sessions, help the students hone their communication skills with the help of software, stereophonic aids, projector screens, etc. The prime objective of the lab is to facilitate teacher- students’ interaction for focused & productive language learning session.
Workshop & Additional workshop
The Mechanical workshop is the most common lab for second-year mechanical engineering students who also use this lab for their practical work. This lab is also used widely during inter-disciplinary projects undertaking by any engineering faculty. Hence this lab has become indispensable for students as well as faculties.
Workshop faculty, supervisors and technicians are well trained, experienced and committed to delivering knowledge to the students through hands-on practice on various machines/facilities provided in the workshop. Individualized attention is put on all the students who come to the workshop. Safety gadgets have been made compulsory to be used by the students while they are in the workshop for their hands-on practice. Mechanical Workshop is broadly divided into six shops – Carpentry, Sheet Metal, Fitting, Welding, Soldering and Machine Shop.
The Workshop is equipped with state-of-the-art like Lathe Machines, Arc Welding Machines, MIG Welding Machine, Spot Welding Machine and Soldering Workstation, Hand Shearing Machines, Power Hacksaw, Pedestal Grinder, Drill Machine etc.

Training & Placement
The Training & Placement Office, GITM facilitates the process of placement of students passing out from the Institute besides collaborating with leading organizations and institutes in setting up internship and training program of students. The office liaises with various industrial establishments, corporate houses etc which conduct campus interviews and select graduate and post-graduate students from all disciplines. The Training & Placement Office provides the infra-structural facilities to conduct group discussions, tests and interviews besides catering to other logistics. The Office interacts with many industries in the country, of which nearly 200 companies visit the campus for holding campus interviews. The industries which approach the institute come under the purview of Core Engineering industries IT & IT enabled services Manufacturing Industries Consultancy Firms Finance Companies Management Organisations R & D laboratories.
Account Department
The accounting department is responsible for recording and reporting the cash flow transactions of a company. This department has some key ro l es and responsibilities, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, financial reporting, and maintaining financial controls.
The fee does not include Registration fee, Enrollment Fee, Examination Fee or any other fee charged by the University in accordance with government orders. All issues related to fee are the sole prerogative of the government/university and any change may be made by these entities. Applicability of these changes shall be binding upon each student. Any fee once paid is neither refundable nor adjustable under any circumstances whatsoever, after completion of the admission process.
The fee of the Institute is based on the recommendation of Fee Fixation Committee
Registration Department
The Registrar’s Office is dedicated to ensuring a seamless academic journey for every student at our institution. We prioritize professional excellence and student welfare by managing University enrollments for all UG, PG, and Diploma courses, coordinating semester examinations, and facilitating Government scholarship and fee-refund schemes.
To ensure your academic records are meticulously maintained, we kindly request all newly admitted students to submit their essential documents—including academic marksheets, caste/income certificates, and original TC/Migration—at the time of admission.
