Sri Roop Chand Agarwal and subsequently his son Sri Ramji Lal Agarwal struggled hard throughout their lives to establish the ideals of “Vasudhaiv Kutumbkam”. They strive hard for the welfare of society at large. They cherished the dream of inculcating moral values in the younger generation through exposure to proper education & ethics to develop this great nation. Thus, to fulfil the dreams of their ancestors, the present generation visualized and established Roop Chand Ramji Lal Education Trust.

With the Grace of God & the blessings of our visionary grandparents Sri Roop Chand Agarwal & our Father Shri Ramji LalAgarwal, we formed a Trust Sri Roop Chand Ramji Lal Educational Trust (RCRL) with a vision to educate youth from all walks of life. At present RCRL Trust encompasses four collegesGITM, GIPS, offering education in all fields of Engineering(Diploma, B.Tech & M.Tech), Pharmacy (D. Pharma, B.Pharma &M.Pharma).
All the colleges are equipped with experienced and enthusiastic &extremely supportive Staff, infrastructure, the latest gadgets of the teaching-learning process & the best internet connectivity. Our aim is to train the students efficiently & effectively across professional boundaries so that they encourage as leaders & innovators in their chosen professions. At GGI, though students come from different backgrounds they are trained to be complete Professional &Wealth Creators for Self & Country at Large. Goel Institute of Technology and Management is on a fascinating path of growth and development. As it has completed 13 years of its establishment, it has evolved itself into one of the top technological institutes of the state.Starting with, B.Tech. Courses only, it has expanded to postgraduate programs in MBA, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, and Computer science and Engineering. It has also facilitated the students to enter at diploma level in Mechanical, Civil, and Electrical engineering disciplines. Entrepreneurial Talk with Er. Mahesh K. Agarwal - Chairman Goel Group of Institutions, Lucknow

On International Men’s Day, the Department of Management in association with IIC organized an “Entrepreneurial Talk” on 19th November 2022 with our Honorable Respected Chairman Sir Er. Mahesh K. Agarwal. Along with Chairman Sir, Director Sir, Director (Admin), Dean Sir, Heads from B.Tech (all branches) attended this Entrepreneurial Talk Show. 140+ students from MBA were also there. The interviewer was a student from MBA II Year Mr Atul Tiwari. The Talk Show was divided into 4 rounds. First Round: Introduction about Chairman Sir and his life journey. Second Round: About his businesses and how he handles and manages them so smoothly. Third Round: Questions based on his lifestyle, professionalism & personality. Fourth Round: Closing with suggestions on how to be a successful entrepreneur and views about the event. In the end Director, Dr Rishi Asthana talked about the achievements of GITM. The program ended with a thank note from Dr Jyoti Agarwal. (HOD MBA)
