Several events are organized inside the campus of Goel Institute of Technology & Management to spread the awareness among faculties/ staffs and students about the GITM Innovation cell. 

1. “Twinning towards Innovation 2020 (An Initiative towards ATMANIRBHAR BHARAT)” To encourage Innovative ideas that is helpful for social as well as industrial growth. The theme of this event is to increase the thinking ability of students and attract their attention towards start-ups. 2020-08-14 to 2020-08-31
2. An event entitled “Micro-Vision: A video Recording competition” is organized (2020-07-20 to 2020-07-30) to develop the critical thinking ability of students. 
3. TECHNION, an online event having objective to give a platform for creative minds; held between 17th October, 2020 to 22/10/2020.
4. An expert lecture that encourage on the thinking ability towards innovation was conducted on 22nd October, 2020 title “DISCOVER YOUR IDEAS” by SOFCON India Private Limited, a multidisciplinary Training Company . The topics to be covered were mentioned below:

The Upcoming events which are scheduled by GITM Innovation cell is for Quarter III & IV are mentioned below:

 

1. Technical event entitle “AARAMBH” will be organize on 25-01-2021. The objective of this event is to develop prototypes/ models associated with technological developments beneficial for societal developments.
2. GITM Innovation cell is going to take participation in the national event “TOYCATHON” organized by Innovation cell of MHRD – AICTE, Government of India, to be held in February-21. 
3. A Debate competition will be organized by GITM Innovation cell (13th Feb 2021) to make awareness about clean and green energy. This event focused to enhance the potential of clean and green energy in current scenario or Innovation in renewable energy.
4. Poster competition on occasion of “International Childhood Cancer Day” will be organized on (15th February 2021). The theme of this competition is to aware the students towards genetic diseases and how we counter these diseases in upcoming scenario.
5. A mentorship program in association with Royal Enfield is scheduled on 11-03-2021 for the faculties of GITM to develop technical skills and advancement in automobile sector. 
6. A training session in association with Royal Enfield is scheduled from 15-03-2021 (three months) for students of GITM.
7. A workshop cum Hands on training program in association with Voltera (an Canadian company) to explore the thinking ability towards the electronic product development is scheduled from 15-03-2021
8. GITM Innovation cell will be organized 16-04 -2021 with entitle “Tech Fest-2021” that promote the thinking ability of faculties/ staff/ students towards making of prototypes / models based on the thrust area.
9. A webinar is scheduled on 26-04-2021 to express how new education policies are helpful for Innovative thinking.
10. An expert lecture on the IPR is scheduled on 04-05-2021 that attracts the faculties to register patents.
11. A webinar on transformation of Innovative thinking (or selected from Tech Fest) into prototype/ models is scheduled on 25/05/2021.
12. A webinar with Industries is scheduled on 25/06/2021 to show some prototypes /models that they have potential to convert into start-ups.
