Sharing a common desire to explore, extend and strengthen the functional relationship between the Department of Biotechnology Engineering, Goel Institute of Technology and Management, Lucknow and Institute of Transgene Life Sciences (ITLS), Lucknow in order to share the facilities and expertise available in each other’s institution herewith sign a Memorandum of Understanding to bridge the gap between corporate & Academia; MOU will promote collaborative research with your esteemed concern in this context, we mutually work on technology development aspects in the core research field of Life Science, which reads as follows:
- ITLS and Department of Biotechnology Engineering, Goel Institute of Technology and Management, Lucknow agrees to provide training/project work (from 15 days to six months) to trainees (undergraduate and postgraduate students) in their respective areas of specialization on terms as mutually
- Department of Biotechnology Engineering, Goel Institute of Technology and Management, Lucknow and ITLS may apply for collaborative projects jointly organize scientific workshops/symposia/training courses/conferences on topics of mutual
- ITLS and Department of Biotechnology Engineering, Goel Institute of Technology and Management, Lucknow as the case may be will provide assistance in developing research facilities, advance research labs and required infrastructure facilities at Department of Biotechnology Engineering, Goel Institute of Technology and Management, Lucknow for carrying out collaborative research projects.
- ITLS and Department of Biotechnology Engineering, Goel Institute of Technology and Management, Lucknow will provide ‘on the spot training’ to faculty members of Department of Biotechnology Engineering, Goel Institute of Technology and Management, Lucknow on mutual Also ITLS expert faculty will visit the Department of Biotechnology Engineering, Goel Institute of Technology and Management, Lucknow for providing training to faculty members on mutual understanding.
- Students studying at the Department of Biotechnology Engineering, Goel Institute of Technology and Management, Lucknow would be allowed to carry out a training/project work part of their course at Department of Biotechnology Engineering, Goel Institute of Technology and Management, Lucknow for a period recommended by Department of Biotechnology Engineering, Goel Institute of Technology and Management, Lucknow and the Director ITLS, Lucknow.
- After signing MOU, Department of Biotechnology Engineering, Goel Institute of Technology and Management, Lucknow will send at least 20 students/year for training to ITLS, Lucknow.
- Placement: ITLS will help the student of the Department of Biotechnology Engineering, Goel Institute of Technology and Management, Lucknow for their recruitment in companies.
