Final phase of 20 days In-house , Certification Training of Bajaj Finance in Banking , Finance and Insurance (CPBFI) for our MBA students
In the final phase of training, HR Workshop Interview was conducted by Bajaj Finserv on 23rd September 2024 from 9.00 AM to 6.00 PM through online mode (Google Meet) for MBA II Year Students who got enrolled for Certificate Programme in Banking, Finance and Insurance (CPBFI) course. Each student was provided with their login ID and meet link before the start of the interview. Each student was interviewed for 15-20 minutes by the interviewer. Mr. Milind Dixit, Mr. Jude Lucas and Mr. Rahul Srivastava were taking the interviews. They provided their valuable feedback after each interview, assessed and rated the students on to the scale of 1 to 4. Students were assessed on the parameters of Functional Knowledge, Communication Skills, Collaboration, Overall Personality & Disposition and Educational Background. Student’s performance was fantastic and they answered all the questions confidently. This training proved to be very useful for MBA Students who are aspiring to become professionals in their future life.
