Modern residential facilities are available to give the student home away from home experience. Two well furnished and aesthetically designed hostels have been constructed for girls and boys separately with a view to providing the best possible facilities to the students. For leisure and recreation both indoor and outdoor sports facilities one mode available in hostels. Allotment of accommodation for the girl and boy students on a first come first served basis.

B(i). Hostel & Mess Fees for First Time (Non-AC):-

Note:

1. 10% Cash Rebate is allowed if complete hostel fee is paid up front.
2. The allotment of hostel rooms will be done on first come first served basis.
3. Mess food is vegetarian/all students before occupying hostel will remain the hostel fees and mess fees in full in one installment.
4. Please retain student copy of receipt/challan for clearing refund of deposit.
5. For the convenience of students who are unable to pay hostel and mess charges up front, the charges may be made in three installments.
6. 30% of hostel + Mess fee to be paid up front + Security money i.e. 21,000/- + 5,000/- = 26,000/- (Non-AC Room) OR 27,000/- + 5,000/- = 32,000/- (AC Room)
7. 50% of the hostel + Mess fee to be paid before December 31^st i.e. 35,000/- (Non-AC Room) OR 45,000/- (AC Room)

• 20% of the hostel + Mess fee to be paid before January 31^st i.e. 14,000/- (Non-AC Room) OR 18,000/- (AC Room)

If Hostel + Mess fees is not paid as per schedule C, financial fine of Rs. 100/- per day will be levied after expiry of relative quarter plus 7 days.

1. If fees is paid after 7^th January – Rs. 100/- per day till the payment of fees as per schedule (C (ii)
2. If a hostel fee is not paid on or before 7^th January financial fine of Rs. 100/- per day will be charged till the payment of fee as per schedule C (iii).
