Goel Institute of Technology and Management, Lucknow in association with “Bajaj Finserv” have undergone an in-campus offline Certification Programme in “Banking, Finance and Insurance (CPBFI)” for MBA II Year Students from 27th August 2022 to 20th September,2022.comprises of 100 contact hour. The various constituents of the programme like the industry-relevant curriculum, HR workshop and Swaroop promotes holistic development of students and is helpful in finding jobs in national and international level institutions. Four Resource persons were invited to deliver the lectures on Insurance, Banking, Finance, Soft Skills, Communication and Personality Development.
For the first Session, the resource person was “Mr Gyan Prakash Jha” who imparted practical knowledge on Insurance. He is a freelancer from Patna having an experience of more than 2 decades.
The Second module of Banking was taken by “Mr Pragath Shukla” who is having a vast experience of 2 decades in diversified domains and industries i.e. Banking, FMCG, Pharma, Telecom, BFSI, Automobile etc. He delivered lectures on Banking. He is a freelancer and is from Lucknow itself.
The Third module of CAWS was taken by “Miss Sanchari Bhattacharjee”. She is Soft Skills, Life Skills and Communication Trainer. She has a work experience of more than 15 Years in Education, Indian and Multinational Companies. She is having an IELTS Master Degree from Cambridge.
The Fourth module was of Managing Self- Swaroop taken by “Ms Tejashri”. All 4 Sessions were very interesting and informative. Students learned a lot from this training and it enhanced their placement opportunities.
