About the Labs

All the resources at the campus are upgraded frequently to ensure that students are finely tuned to current trends in the World of Pharmaceutical advancements. Every student gets at least 15 hours of time per week for hands-on computing experience as part of a guided learning session under the supervision of an expert faculty member.

- Web-based learning:
Web-based learning is enabled through sophisticated computer labs with high-speed internet in the institution for students. Course materials and video lectures are available through the Internet and Youtube.
Google Classroom is incorporated in our teaching-learning process to interact with students by posting technical contents, updated technologies etc.
- LCD projector:
Projector has been installed in the classroom which has enabled faculty members to teach and students to understand in a better manner than chalk and board teaching. A projector supports a wide variety of learning styles. It offers teachers an entirely different way of presenting information to students which allows integration of various technologies in order to improve the learning experience. This interactive nature offers opportunities for learners to share and participate in the instructional process.
- Stage talk
Students are motivated to present a stage talk on a topic of their own with 5 minutes of talk during class hours for improving communication and public speaking skills. It also helps them to overcome stage fear.
- Seminar by students on innovative topics
Students give an extramural lecture once a semester on any innovative topic of their own interest in front of all students to demonstrate their communication and presentation skills. Students who present extramural lectures are appreciated.
- Participation in National and International conferences
Under the guidance of faculty members, students are motivated to present papers in National/ International conferences organized by premier institutions.
- The project presentation mode of self–improvement
Theory subjects and project-based laboratories are provided in the course curriculum with Project report viva-voce by external examiners in University End Semester Practical Examination for each semester where the students demonstrate the prototype model or/and do an oral presentation that helps them to understand their curriculum and develops correlation between theory taught in classrooms and practicals performed in laboratories.
- Webinars / Web Conferencing
Webinars of industrial experts are arranged periodically for staff and students to enhance their knowledge of recent trends in pharmacy which are practised in industries.
