The Department of Biotechnology Engineering in collaboration with GITM Innovation Cell, Goel Institute of Technology & Management, Lucknow celebrated “Children’s Day 2022” on 14th November 2022, by organizing “PPT Presentation & Quiz Competition”. The Theme of the competition was “Recent Innovative Developments in Biotechnology”. Dr. Piyush Pal (Asst. Professor Department of Mechanical Engineering) and Ms. Namrata Budhiraja (HoD and Asst. Professor Department of Biotechnology Engineering) judged the competition. Around 50 students along with faculty members attended the event. Ms. Namrata Budhiraja congratulated the students for their phenomenal performances and motivated them for conducting and participating in more such events. Dr. Piyush Pal also congratulated the winners and also shared his views on the role of biotechnology in daily life. Mr. Ahsan Masood, Ms. Neha Bharti & Ms. Surya Mishra also congratulated the students on the occasion of Children’s Day and shared their views on the recent innovative developments in the field of biotechnology. At last Ms. Kanchan Bhatt ended the event with a thanking note. The event was coordinated by Ms. Kanchan Bhatt and student coordinators from B.Tech Biotechnology 2nd year & 3rd year.
