Electrical Engineering Department
The department of Electrical Engineering was established in the year 2010 with the mission to provide quality education in the field of Electrical Sciences and help the students become responsible electrical engineers. Our Department consists of various laboratories like Basic Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics and Drives and Machines equipped with the new technological set ups giving the scope to all students having a hands on experience individually, which will increase their confidence to face the practical problems in the field of Electrical Engineering. The Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering also has an excellent reputation for both its teaching and R&D in Energy Auditing, Solar and Consulting Projects with various organizations engaging with the faculties with specialization in such as power quality studies, distributed generation, soft switching of converters, inverter design, control strategies for complex systems including robotics systems & networked control systems, high voltage & insulation research, signal and image processing. We strive to promote technical education, innovation and research by the process of enhancing theoretical and practical electrical engineering skills.
