An industrial visit was organized by Department of Biotechnology Engineering in Association with Training and Placement Cell under the flagship of the GITM Innovation Cell at CSIR- National Botanical Research Institute (NBRI), Lucknow on 25th November 2021 for B.Tech Biotechnology students. The one day visit was organized with prior permission of CSIR- National Botanical Research Institute (NBRI), Lucknow. There were 50 students and three faculty members went to this visit. The students were visited at different laboratories and explore many analytical instruments like NMR, GC-MS/MS, LC-MS-MS, Real Time PCR, PTC Growth Chamber, Oil Extraction Units etc. by the help laboratory personnels. Moreover, students were also visited at the Botanical gardens and saw numerous varieties of plants and explored their beneficial effects on the human beings and animals. They have also met with the Senior Scientists and their Ph.D. scholars to get their area of expertise. Overall, this industrial visit was so fruitful and wonderful experience for the students and faculty members accompanied with them.
