Goel Institute of Technology and Management has successfully celebrated the orientation program for newly admitted students for the academic session 2020-21 on November 23rd, 2020.
The Orientation programme aimed to enhance students’ familiarity with the faculties, GITM Campus, its facilities and cultural activities of the institution. With a fresh exposure to the orientation programme, the students were exposed to the environment of the institution with zeal and enthusiasm.
The orientation programme was delivered on major phases i.e. the Warm Welcome to the students by Dr. Richa Verma, Shower Blessing phase to students by our Hon’ble Chairman of GGI (Er. Mahesh Goel Sir), Inspirational words to excel in all the fields by Director GITM (Dr. Rishi Asthana Sir), Maintaining Attendance & Dedication by Dean Academics GITM (Dr. Devendra Agarwal Sir), Importance of core values & discipline by Chief Proctor (Dr. S.K Shukla Sir), welfare facilities by Admin Director GGI (Mr. Arun Gakhar Sir), knowledge of engineering branches by department HOD’s, which was followed by the award ceremony of World Science Day, 2020, celebrated on 10th Nov 2020 with the help of ONLINE platform and organized by Department of Applied Sciences & Humanities, GITM and ended up with the vote of thanks by HOD-Applied Sciences (Dr. Atul Kumar).
