Exposure visit to Exposure visit for Problem identification and Innovative Measures to Kanyan Singh super Speciality Cancer Sansthan C.G. City, Lucknow, Under Uttar Pradesh Rajkiya Nirman Nigam Ltd.
There are 80 students of civil Second year, Third Year, Final Year visited to Construction site under the guidance of Uttar Pradesh Rajkiya Nirman Nigam Ltd.

Objective of this visit is to
• To harness creative, innovation and technical skills amongst the youth.
• To urge students to come up with innovative solutions of real world problems
• To evaluate student’s understanding of workable ideas, prototype construction and delivering solutions.
For smaller companies, it’s often difficult to attract and retain skilled workers who may view working with the larger competition a smarter, safer bet for their long-term career.
Meanwhile, they’re facing the same lean profit margins as every other construction company, but they’re completing fewer projects per year, making each one’s success relatively more important in the grand scheme of things. This makes smaller construction companies more risk averse than their larger counterparts.
An effective visit to the Kanyan Singh super Speciality Cancer Sansthan C.G. City, Lucknow, has established strong fascination with the understudies towards the innovation.
This site visit provided the good practical knowledge of RCC structures. Students were able to relate their classroom teaching with the actual field work such as bar arrangement of columns, use of stirrups, curtailments, joints etc. This site visit motivated the students to learn and understand things practically as well as demonstrated the different tests conducted on soil, Survey, cement and steel. These basic materials used in the construction industry holds its prime importance and become usefull for the students to gather information regarding this.
Mr. Brij Mohan Niranjan, Project Manager demonstrate the Survey Practical, soil practicals and also give the knowledge about various New construction Material Used in civil engineering.
Outcome of the Field Visit:
By the end of this visit, students came up with:
• The students developed interest in the field of innovation and came up with new innovative ideas to enhance the knowledge of civil engineering.
