🌟 Celebrating National Entrepreneurship Day at GITM Lucknow! 🌟
 
The Department of Mechanical Engineering, in collaboration with the GITM Innovation Cell, proudly celebrated “National Entrepreneurship Day” at Goel Institute of Technology & Management, Lucknow on 9th November 2024. This dynamic event highlighted the spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship, offering students a unique platform to engage in various interactive activities that fostered critical thinking and business acumen.
 
The day commenced with an inspiring speech from our esteemed Head of the Mechanical Engineering Department, Mr. Shiv Kumar Tripathi, who motivated students with his encouraging words on entrepreneurship and innovation. Following this, the students eagerly participated in activities such as an Essay Writing Competition, Debate Competition, and Group Discussion, showcasing their passion, creativity, and analytical skills.
 
A highlight of the event was an expert talk delivered by Mr. Anurag Srivastava, Founder and CEO of Mechanic Now (mechanicnow.in), a leading startup that has made significant strides in the automotive services industry. Mr. Srivastava shared valuable insights from his entrepreneurial journey, inspiring students to pursue their innovative ideas and take bold steps toward creating their own startups. His session was both enlightening and motivating, providing a glimpse into the challenges and rewards of entrepreneurship.
 
With over 57 enthusiastic participants and the dedicated presence of faculty members, the event was coordinated by Dr. Shailendra Kumar and Mr. Rahul Shukla, Assistant Professors and Innovation Ambassadors of IIC GITM Lucknow. Their guidance and support ensured a seamless, impactful experience for all involved.
 
This celebration of entrepreneurship at GITM Lucknow exemplified our commitment to nurturing future innovators and leaders, empowering students to take their first steps toward transforming their ideas into reality.
